According to undisclosed source, there are information making rounds, that the successor to the Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof Attahiru Jega has been nominated.
If things go as planned the new INEC chairman will be Prof Nazim Olufemi Mimiko, a professor of Political Science and International Relation and a former VC of Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State.
The embattled Prof Jega who has long compromised his position as INEC boss, will be officially proceed on his three months terminal leave with effect from March 1, 2015 in compliance with the civil service procedure.
Hmmm! PDP i hail thee! We are definitely watching.
