Scotland records first case of Ebola


The first case of Ebola virus has been recorded in Scotland. Going by press statement released by  the Scottish government, the Ebola patient is a health worker who arrived Scotland from Sierra Leone yesterday, 29th December where she was helping to care for Ebola victims.

Unaware of her health condition, She arrived Glasgow in Scotland from London Heatthrow airport on a British Airways flight. but has been quarantined at the Gartnavel hospital.

In the mean time, all passengers on-board the flight are now being examined for Ebola traces/symptoms.
