Media Spokesperson to Senator Bala Mohammed ( Minister of the Federal Capital Territory FCT), Nosike Ogbuenyi, was shot by suspected armed robbers on Wednesday, 24th December.
The robbers trailed him as he was heading home from his Area 11 office, snatched his official car, a black coloured 2011 model Toyota Corolla car at gun point, and shot him at close range on his right foot near Dantata overhead bridge along the Umaru Yar’Adua express road at about 7.00pm.
He is current on admission in an undisclosed hospital in Abuja.
Going by eye witnesses reports, the robbers after snatching the car headed towards Gwarinpa-Zuba express road via Dantata bridge.
Items in the snatched car are two Samsung handsets, one Window 7 HP Laptop, two hard disc memory devices, three USB devices, one large photo book, bank documents, two ATM cards and office records.
