Ahead of the 2015 AFCON, the Super Eagles of Nigeria, today defeated the Sudanese national team 3-1 in a qualifier match which took place at the Abuja National Stadium.
The 1st half ended goal-less while Ahmed Musa scored in '48th minute' opening of the 2nd half and Sudanese Salah Ibrahim equalizes in the 56th minute, which was Sudanese only goal.
Amazingly, Aaron Samuel in the '66th minute' scored another goal for the Super Eagles. Finally, in the '89 minute' Ahmed Musa dramatically scored the 3rd goal which automatically secured the 3 points for the African champions.
With this winning, Nigeria has gotten 4 points from 4 matches, while the Sudan remain on 3 points which they secured after defeating Nigeria last week.
South Africa is leading the group with 7 points, followed closely by Congo with 6 points.
Nigeria needs 2 more winnings in their subsequent matches to enable them qualify for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
