As the
curtain draws down on the Maltina
Dance All Season 8 (MDA8) grand
finale which took place live at The Expo center, Eko Hotel and Suites on
Saturday 27th September 2014.
The Utere family,who represented Port Harcourt has
cart away the star prize of N10 million.
After a
rigorous, intensive and competitive process spanning more than two months, four
families – the Utere, Unanka, Uzodinma and Odigie families – qualified for the grand
finale. These four families battled it out to clinch the Star Prize of
10million naira but Nigerians voted for the Utere family as their MDA 8 Favourite
Dance family.
- The Uzodinma family who took second place went home with N3million.
- The third position went to the Odigie family who pocketed N1million.
- While the Unanka family went home as the fourth dance family with no prize.
