Pastor Samuel Sadela passed on to
glory on Sunday 24th August 2014 but a condolence register was opened at his
Gospel Apostolic Church, Lagos on Tuesday evening.Church members and officials have refused to talk about the death of their church founder to the press. Pa Sadela is said to be 38 years old he started his career as a man of God for 76 years.
Born in Ifon, Ondo State to Chief Sadela , Pa Sadela attended St. Paul’s Anglican Primary School, Ifon, Ondo State, but had to drop out when he travelled to Sapele, Delta State to work as houseboy to one Captain Pullen, a District Officer. According to reports, he first got married in 1934, with the marriage
lasting for 21 years, but none of the couple’s seven children reportedly
lived beyond their infancy. A second marriage, said to have been
consummated in 1965, was blessed with four children, but only two
survived. His second wife died in 2001.
Although he wished to live up to 200yrs but God knows the best. RIP Pa Sadela.
